Supervisión y coordinación de todas las etapas del proyecto, desde la planificación inicial hasta la finalización, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y presupuestos establecidos. Inspección y garantía de la calidad de los materiales y la mano de obra utilizados en la construcción.
Ayuda en la conceptualización y diseño de proyectos de construcción, incluyendo planos arquitectónicos, planos estructurales y diseño de interiores.
Construcción de cimientos sólidos para asegurar la estabilidad y durabilidad de la estructura. Instalación de sistemas eléctricos, de plomería, y ventilación , entre otros. Trabajos de acabado, que incluyen pintura, revestimientos de paredes y pisos, instalación de puertas y ventanas, y otros elementos.
